My Bluetooth stereo headset does not work with Windows 7, what should I do?
Please contact the manufacturer of your computer (if Bluetooth is integrated in your computer) or USB Bluetooth transmitter for an upgrade to the Bluetooth driver for Windows 7.
Windows 7 does not include native support for the A2DP Bluetooth profile, which is necessary for Bluetooth stereo audio streaming. Even if you had Bluetooth stereo enabled on a previous Windows version, it might not work after an upgrade to Windows 7.

Why is the sound quality bad when I am streaming music from my phone?
Your mobile phone is probably (by default) set to HSP/HFP connection, which only supports low quality mono sound, or your mobile phone does not support the A2DP Bluetooth profile (see "What is a Bluetooth profile HSP, HFP, A2DP, AVRCP ?")
Solution: Set your mobile phone to Bluetooth Stereo (A2DP) connection.
Please refer to the instructions of your phone and/or contact the vendor.
